The SBE A2725 - 12CH is a modular battery cell and sensor simulation system for testing battery management systems without a real battery. Depending on the installed SBE Cards, it can simulate cell voltages, shunt voltages, resistive temperature sensors and configuration-specific resistance values under defined, reproducible conditions. Typical test scenarios include normal operating ranges as well as critical conditions such as cell overvoltage, undervoltage and temperature-related sensor responses. As part of a modular SBE setup, the system supports integration into laboratory and automated battery test environments via CAN (dbc, UDL).
