qBook is a flexible, code based automation platform for developing custom applications in C#. It supports projects in industrial automation, test engineering and automotive applications and connects both Amium devices and third party systems. The user interface is defined entirely in code, giving developers control over design, behavior and scalability, while a predefined page structure with integrated navigation keeps projects consistent. The qBook plugin for Visual Studio Code supports the organization, execution and debugging of projects, pages, resources and application logic. Codex and GitHub Copilot can assist developers with creating, explaining, extending and revising code. Ready to use interfaces include CAN (UDL), CAN, Modbus and LAN (AK). Process and measurement data can be exported to SQLite, CSV and PDF. An integrated system log records system events, while the CustomLog class captures application specific messages, status information and diagnostic data.
