ATMOS

The AGI A3251 - ATMOS is a compact battery safety monitoring device for detecting early atmospheric changes around battery cells, modules and packs. It is designed for use across battery development, production, validation, transport, storage, service and recycling processes, where early signs of cell outgassing or abnormal battery behaviour need to be monitored. External software is required to store data. The device monitors relevant gas, particle and environmental indicators including Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Carbon Dioxide (CO₂), particulate matter, humidity, temperature and ambient pressure. These parameters help identify changes in the battery environment that may occur before or during critical cell events. With UDL connectivity, M8 IN/OUT connectors, top-hat rail mounting and an external RGB LED output, the AGI A3251 - ATMOS can be integrated into test benches, monitoring cabinets, production areas and automated battery safety systems.
