The FID A5055 – THC OEM is a compact flame ionization detector designed for accurate total hydrocarbon (THC) measurement in emissions monitoring, gas analysis and industrial process applications. Developed specifically for OEM integration, it provides fast response, high linearity and excellent long-term stability in demanding analytical systems. The module combines the complete detector functionality in a compact package, including gas dosing, heated filtration, ignition control, sample pump control, high-resolution signal amplification and CPU-based signal processing. Integrated gas handling and control electronics reduce development effort and simplify integration into customized analyzer platforms. Support for multiple hydrogen-based fuel gases and digital communication interfaces enables flexible deployment in emission analyzers, laboratory instruments, engine test systems and industrial monitoring equipment.
