The PEMS A7101 – VEX G2 is a compact controller for mobile emission measurement and sensor evaluation in test vehicles. It supports standard NOx and NH₃ sensors and enables cost-effective Real Driving Emissions (RDE) testing. Multiple independent CAN-to-CAN gateways allow parallel operation of sensors with identical CAN IDs. Measurement data can be visualized locally and forwarded to higher-level systems such as INCA via Ethernet or CAN. Additional sensors including GPS, temperature, pressure, and humidity can be integrated for flexible vehicle-based data acquisition.
