EFM A8631 (A8631)

The EFM A8631 measures exhaust gas mass flow at temperatures up to 800 °C in mobile, test bench and stationary gas analysis applications. Combined with concentration measurements from gas analyzers, the mass flow data enables calculation of pollutant mass flow and total mass emissions. A permanently installed Pitot tube is integrated into a complete measuring pipe section for direct installation in the exhaust gas path with very low pressure loss. Each configuration includes an exhaust flow tube, a UDL exhaust flow controller, cables, a mounting angle and factory calibration at 10 points. No calibration is required during operation, and variants are available for exhaust mass flow values of 50 kg/h, 550 kg/h and 950 kg/h, with an optional attachment for mounting on a trailer hitch.
